The staff were genuinely kind (especially the receptionists!). The location was excellent, close to many attractions and transport options. I found the room to be quite spacious. I loved the available teas. A nice touch.

I found the soundproofing could be improved, as some external noise was noticeable at times. ( it wasn't too distracting.)

The staff was very friendly and cute to me. This hotel had a fantastic location near the metro. It was also close to great restaurants near La Bastille. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

My room was not that clean when I first arrived. There was a very strong smell of smoke. The towels had hair, and the bedsheets was a little dusty. I could hear other guests so easily, that was a bit uncomfortable.

i found the location very convenient near public transport. the windows did a good job blocking street noise from the room. i appreciated being able to easily access restaurants and cafes nearby.

The location is close to the Bastille metro. This was very convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful, I appreciated it. The breakfast had a good variety of options. This was a pleasant surprise.

The desk staff seemed fine. They did their job adequately.

The room, a 'classic double or twin room,' was surprisingly small. It felt cramped, and i practically had to climb over my suitcase to get to the other side of the bed. it's a good thing i didn't bring much luggage, or it would have been a nightmare.
